Madisonville, KY - Miss Julia Elizabeth Wooten, 18, of Madisonville passed away at 1:48am on Sunday, September 6, 2009 in Earlington, KY. She was born March 31, 1991 in Madisonville to Terrence Stuart Wooten and Angela Mercer Rodgers. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Glyndon Mercer. She was employed by Subway in Madisonville

She is survived by her mother and step father, Angela and Jeff Rodgers of Madisonville; her father and his fiancé Terrence Wooten and Vivian Oates; one sister, Mallory Wooten of Madisonville; one step brother, Allan (Jennifer) Rodgers of Nashville, TN; grandmother, Anita Mercer of Madisonville; grandfather, Maurice Wooten of Madisonville; grandparents, David & Gay Staser of Madisonville; step grandparents, Ramon & Norma Rodgers of Madisonville; two nephews, three nieces; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Heltsley officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday and 9:00 A.M. until service time on Thursday at the funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Tom Logan, Tony Tedder, Ed Hibbs, Chad Mahlosky, Allan Rodgers and Jarrod Arnold.
